Your role during the session
Though you aren't expected to do anything during a session, it does help to feel relaxed and away from distractions.
Consider the following:

Embrace Quiet: Find a peaceful space free from distractions like loud noise or electronics. Consider putting your phone on silent or airplane mode.
Get Cozy: Wrap yourself in a soft blanket, wear comfortable clothes, and adjust the room temperature to your liking.
Focus on Inner Sensations: Pay attention to any emotions, sensations, or images that arise during the session. This can be a valuable part of the healing process.
Be Receptive to Release: Accept whatever emotions or insights come up without judgment. Allow yourself to release them with the cords.
