This supportive 28-day group coaching programme is designed to help you create healthy habits, reduce stress, and take simple steps towards feeling better — without pressure or perfection.
Together, we’ll focus on building sustainable wellbeing through small daily actions, gentle accountability, and real-life support.

The group runs for 4 weeks via WhatsApp Messenger
You'll join a warm, supportive space of 4–12 members, all working on their own health goals
Everyone sets their own personal intention at the start—and we help each other stay gently on track
You’ll receive daily prompts, wellbeing tools, and encouragement from me
You’re encouraged to check in regularly and stay up to date with tasks, but there’s always flexibility
