Health and Wellbeing Group

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and practice the basics of changing your attitude towards health and wellbeing and holding yourself accountable for making improvements in your life!

We need a minimum of 6 people to sign up in order for the group to go ahead. If we do not have enough people signed up before the start date, your name will remain on the waiting list until we do have enough people.
