Jaime Wiles will provide distance Reiki sessions to me, intended for relaxation and well-being, and I understand that Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment. The number and duration of sessions will correspond to my online purchase, and scheduling will be arranged between Jaime Wiles and myself. This session helps to release stagnant or unwanted energies, leaving you feeling lighter, brighter, and more balanced. By cleansing your aura, you can experience a renewed sense of clarity and vitality, allowing your natural energy to flow freely.

During the session you are not expected to do anything, however, it may help for you to find somewhere quiet to sit down and relax. These sessions typically last 30 minutes.
If you can drink more water in the days following the session, that can be beneficial but don't worry too much if you can't.

I was excited to try this as I have a sensitive aura and can get sluggish from negative energy. I slept through the Aura cleanse and woke feeling light and bright like when you give your home a good spring clean I have more energy and less aches and pains my thinking is also clearer and I feel more like myself it’s been over 24 hours and I can still feel it clean and clear . 5 stars from me *****
