Many clients experience a deep sense of calm, improved emotional stability, and renewed vitality as their chakras are rebalanced. Simply relax in a quiet space while the chakra flushing process unfolds remotely.

During the session you are not expected to do anything; however, it may help to find somewhere quiet to sit and relax. These sessions typically last 30 minutes.

Full Body Scan & Reiki Healing
This detailed distance Reiki session scans your whole body for energy blocks, gently clearing them to restore balance, improve flow, and support overall wellbeing.
In this 30-minute session, I’ll visualise your entire energy system, identifying any blockages, stagnant areas, or negative patterns that may be disrupting your natural flow. I then apply focused Reiki healing to those specific areas, helping release what no longer serves you and restoring harmony.
Alongside the healing, the scan provides valuable insight into your energetic wellbeing, offering clarity on where imbalances may have developed and how they can be supported.
Session length: approximately 30 minutes. It’s recommended to create a calm space where you can sit or lie down comfortably, but this isn’t essential. Drinking extra water afterwards can also support integration, though it’s optional.
