Jaime is a 5 star Health and Wellness coach. Not only can she help you set goals perfect for you, but also is very creative and innovative in finding ways for you to implement them. The group is also very supportive and helps you achieve and expand your own goals.

Health and Wellbeing group

This group has been amazing for me and has really helped change my life around for the better. I was able to set small goals to start with and build on them with the help from Jaime and the group. I have started taking my supplements again and have been doing really well with intermittent fasting helping me lose 8lbs so far. The pain I had in my hip has almost completely gone. My mindset has changed helping me stick to my goals and I am now joining a gym to take that next step. Simple changes that have had such a profound effect for me.
