What's Your Favourite Season and Why?

Hey everyone!

Hope you're having a brilliant day, wherever you are in the world (especially if you're enjoying some lovely weather!).

I was thinking the other day about how much the seasons shape our year, from the clothes we wear to the things we love to do. And it got me wondering... what's your absolute favourite season and, more importantly, why?

I'm so curious to hear your opinions! Is it the long, sunny evenings of summer, perfect for barbecues and ice lollies? Do you adore the crisp air and stunning colours of autumn (or fall, as some of you might call it!), with crunchy leaves and the promise of cosy nights in?

Perhaps you're all about the snuggly vibes of winter, with roaring fires, hot chocolates, and maybe even some snow to make everything feel magical.
Or maybe your heart lies with the sight of cherry blossom and renewed energy of spring, when everything feels full of possibility and new life.

For me, my absolute favourite has to be spring!

The brighter days, seeing birds gathering supplies to make their nests, frog spawn and the smell of freshly cut grass.

I also love the autumn, the crisp mornings, frosty spiderwebs and the beautiful oranges, yellows and browns. 

While I'm at it, I may as well list winter as being the third favourite. Cosy nights in, the rain hitting the windows, the wind howling, warming winter dinners and fluffy dressing gowns.

So, that puts summer at the bottom of my list. Personally, I don't enjoy if we get a heatwave. I don't enjoy being so hot that I can't enjoy doing anything. I definitely do not like wasps! haha
There are nice parts of summer such as cool summer evenings and barbeques but on the whole, it is my least favourite!


What are the things you love most about your favourite time of year? Is it a particular smell, a certain type of activity, a feeling you get? Maybe it's linked to special memories or traditions.
