Sessions last around 30 or 60 minutes, depending on what you choose. Afterwards, it’s best to drink extra water if you can, to help your energy settle and flow.

This detailed distance Reiki session scans your entire body for energy blocks, gently clearing them to restore balance, improve flow, and support overall wellbeing.

In this 30-minute full body scan and healing session I'll visualise your entire energy system, looking for any blockages, negative, or stagnant areas where your energy flow might be compromised. I'll investigate the potential causes of these issues and focus Reiki healing on those specific areas. This scan provides valuable insight into your energetic well-being, allowing for targeted healing and a restoration of your natural energy flow.

The session will last around 30 minutes. Creating a relaxed environment so that you can sit or lie down comfortably is recommended, but not essential. Drinking more water for a day or two after is also recommended if possible.
