One to One Distance Reiki Sessions
During One to One type sessions, I will sit and spend the duration of the session focusing solely on the recipient. If I have a photograph, I will focus on that or just the details that I have been given.
(Or I will focus on River, the Reiki Bear if you have chosen that session).
It is helpful if the client can spend the time sitting or laying down quietly during the session but this is not vital.

Sometimes we can carry a lot of baggage due to things that have happened in the past. These things can have such a huge impact on us that our futures are negatively impacted and we struggle to feel happy in the present moment. Reiki healing can be sent back in time to events or situations, softening the impact that we carry into the future.
