Unlike my standard sessions, this is a dedicated, focused period where all energy is directed solely towards you. This allows for a more powerful and targeted healing experience, addressing specific needs or promoting general wellbeing and deep relaxation.

Prior to the session, we can discuss any areas you'd like me to focus on. Creating a quiet, comfortable space to relax during the session is highly recommended by most, as it enhances the relaxation experience, allowing you to fully enjoy the session. It isn't necessary, but helps with relaxation.

Following the session, I will message you with any observations, particularly if I sensed potential energetic imbalances around specific areas. This personalised feedback provides valuable insights into your energy field and supports your ongoing wellness journey."

I am currently having 1-1 reiki sessions with Jay to assist with my cancer battle. I let her know before every session where my pain is occurring and Jay has the ability to tune into the body and eliminate my pain and anxieties. She has been helping me continuously and checks in with me day and night to ask how I am.
I feel incredibly blessed, supported but moreover, very fortunate to have these reiki sessions. I would highly recommend Jay with her magical reiki!
