I have taken part in Jaimes Positive thinking challenge. It has been really good. Eight of us are in a WhatsApp group lead by Jaime. She has made suggestions for positive thinking and has encouraged a healthy lifestyle. She has suggested getting outside, connecting with others, writing things down and random acts of kindness.
