Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress. Reiki practitioners channel universal life energy through their hands to the recipient's body, which can help with physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Distance Reiki is a form of Reiki that can be sent to someone regardless of their physical location. The practitioner utilizes symbols and intention to transmit healing energy across distances, allowing the recipient to experience the benefits of Reiki from anywhere in the world. Reiki can help with stress reduction and anxiety, pain relief, faster healing, immune system, sleep issues, relaxation, self love, focus and concentration, emotional balance. What sort of people have reiki? Reiki is literally for everyone. Including pets and children too. Reiki can be sent to heal past events and to places too. Reiki is not attached to any religion so is suitable for all.

Is coaching a type of counselling? No, coaching is not the same as counselling. Counselling is done by a qualified counsellor. It quite often focuses on the past and past events to help the person understand their present situation and circumstances. Whereas coaching is all about focusing on the future and moving forward. What sort of people have coaching? If I'm honest, I used to think that it was something that was for celebrities or rich people. It always sounded a bit la di da to me. Life coaching.... Nobody I knew had ever had life coaching! But what I have since learned is that anybody can benefit from having coaching. From a stay at home parent to a millionaire business owner and everything in between. Most of us can benefit from having someone to guide and support us and to push us to be the very best versions of ourselves. When left to our own devices, most of us stagnate (ruminate) and stick to the familiar habits and patterns that we have developed, even if we can clearly see that they aren't doing us any good.

I am a Mum of two, I come from a working class family and live in a working class area. I am down to earth and truly do understand the daily struggles. Hence why I offer my services at reasonable prices with reductions for people on benefits/pensions etc. So that I can help as many people as I possibly can.
