Today is the first day of my January 2025 Positive Mindset Coaching Group.
Such a lovely bunch of people in it. Makes it an absolute pleasure to be honest.
I love the coaching groups. They are also upbeat and fun. So much positivity in one place and new tools and ideas every time I run one.
Planning on doing a Law Of Attraction & Manifestation group as well as a Health and Wellbeing group too this year.
Hopefully they will get some interest.
Don't forget, I also now run a free online healing circle on the 1st of every month from 9pm to 9.15pm (UK time)

I don't make new years resolutions. I prefer to have 'fresh starts' randomly throughout the year. I feel that most new years resolutions fail before the end of January and I don't like setting myself up to fail lol.
But I know that isn't the case for everyone. Lot's of people make and stick to them.
What are your thoughts?
All I know for sure is that this year I want to make my business more and more successful, I want to help as many people as I can and I want to be earning enough money to be comfortable.
